Professor of Environmental Engineering at BUET, specializing in data science applications, toxicity prediction, and sustainable environmental management.
About Me
I am a Professor of Environmental Engineering at the Department of Civil Engineering, BUET. I completed my PhD in Civil Engineering in 2018 from Northeastern University, Boston, USA. My PhD research focused on toxicity characterization and prediction from toxicogenomic data using data mining and machine learning approaches under the supervision of Professor April Gu.
Prior to my PhD, I completed my B.Sc. and M.Sc. from BUET in 2007 and 2010 respectively. My broader research interests include environmental data analysis, life cycle assessment, environmental pollution management, and sustainable development.
